Present tenants will simply need to meet with one of the Quality Hill Management staff to discuss their eligibility to purchase their home as an owner/occupant.

Non-tenants:
Non-tenants may qualify to purchase an available unit as an owner/occupant, as long as the annual household income is, at the time of signing of a purchase contract, at or below the following figures:
